Meditate to Create: The art of letting go

You’re an artist. Your mind may tell you that you’re not, but that block can be removed when you realize you’re the master of your own creation. A vivid, colorful meditation guides you to a place within the deepest part of yourself where you can let go, feel the energy of colors, and engage all of your senses. Discern the blocks to your creativity, then remove them and enter a clearing -- open to possibilities. Find a place of letting go, and express yourself without self-judgment or inhibition. You’ll be amazed at what you create! The price of this class includes a supply fee of $36 (includes your canvas and all paint, brushes and other materials).

This is for you if you:

  • Want to detach from outcomes and focus more on enjoying the process

  • Want to explore your creative potential

  • Would like to reduce self-judgment and inhibition
