If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way, you may return it within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.
How To Return Your Product
Please email us a digital photo of the damaged product and the shipping container in which it arrived (if the package is also damaged) at email@example.com.
Please state your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return.
We will acknowledge your request for processing your return within 2-4 business days.
You may then return your product for a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping charges).
Please ship your item back to us in its original packaging. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.
